My tummy still feels all weird - tight and vaguely nauseous, but I had a Tazoberry Frappucino this morning, and it hasn't killed me, so that's exciting.

I'm listening to the new Tori Amos album - it's a calming way to start the morning, almost as good as Faure's Requiem, which I'm trying to learn by osmosis for the choir concert in May. My choir's next concert is March 29, but I will be in Minneapolis for the ACPA (American College Personnel Association) conference, so alas, I will not be singing about how I bought me a cat and the cat pleased me.

I felt very creative this weekend, once I convinced myself to sit down and do something. I finished arm warmers and scarf, started a hat, painted with food coloring on coffee filters, finished the 'liner notes' for my most recent mix CD (posted the play list earlier -- it's all based on imagery within the songs -- I'm always up for swapping mixes if anyone is interested).

It's nice to be back at work. I have files to file, a report to finish, and phone calls to return. Hopefully I'll find a game of euchre over the lunch break.
I'm getting irritated with all the postings about being sick, so here's something happy and listy --
