little things

There are things that Tim does around the house that just kind of happen. I only notice they don't happen when he's gone. Like the lights magically turn off when I've left them on, and the leftovers make their way into tupperwares. Having to take care of all of these things all by myself is tiring.

I was all kinds of social today - long work meeting followed by candlepin bowling, then dinner (with a perfectly ripe pear mixed into a green salad + minestrone + short ribs and rice) and knitting with a friend from school. It was nice, but so is the sitting on the couch by myself watching food network. My knitting resolution is to finish at least one project per month, on average, for woolarina, and that many as well in my real life. We'll see how that goes.

Jason is at a conference until Wed night. I am noticing the same thing, even though I am de-cluttering, or maybe because. :)
