kismet09Today, I spent almost all day cooking, while Tim installed hooks on the outside of the house, and put in an electrical outlet. Fancy.
I decided that a baked breakfast pancake sounded tasty, and went with the popover recipe from the Local Flavors cookbook, with pears and cardamom baked in. We did some grocery shopping to restock, and I proceeded to make bean dip, pot roast, baked potatoes, and a quick cheese bread (from the Best Recipe cookbook). I also did all of the dishes. It was a good day for relaxing and enjoying the last bit of the weekend.
