I have a grocery bag full of mail to take to the Post Office. I am no longer going to trust my postperson to make it to the house, since he didn't show up yesterday. Grr.

I have a new knitting project: arm warmers :) if anyone has any hints/ideas, let me know. I think I have a pattern in my Hip to Knit book, though. I hope I do, because I'm running up close to my quote of online time, and I'm trying to conserve it.

I found 'The Ethical Slut' at Barnes and Noble. I really did try to find it at less-big-corporation stores, but alas, I didn't, and I got impatient.

I am going to find a way to organize my stupid craft room today if it kills me. Maybe I'll give up and use Tupperwares. You can always jam stuff into clear Tupperware and at least make it look organized, if not pretty. That way, I can return the coffeetable that I co-opted to the living room.

I am also going to try to listen to music rather than leave the television on all day. I owe a bunch of Indigo Girls CDs to a nervousness person (one of the autumns... I get so confused - autumnsfolly, autumnmaple, autumn something else... but I know I have it in my records somewhere) so I'll work on that today. And a CD or other something beautiful or true for Megan. I would send the beauty of my yard if I could, but pictures don't really do it justice.

I have over 80 Artist Trading Cards. How did that happen?

Ah, well, not everyone can live around where there are *good* small bookstores. There aren't any that I know of in my immediate area, though there are near where I work.

Go have a quick look at these. Simple fingerless gloves. They're nice because there's a thumb hole to keep them from riding up your arm, but they could be easily lengthened to make them longer, if so desired.

I am currently working on a pair to match my last scarf. ;)
