reigniting
Mar. 9th, 2005 11:49 amSign posted on lab door as I walked down the hallway in my building: "Under great duress, the bustos lab has decided to give up science for Lent."
I, too, am at an impasse in where to go with the things that I like to do. I stare balefully at my yarn but am not inspired to do much with it (although I did start arm warmers yesterday, in response to weather patterns that are clearly out to get me and half of my friendslist). I have five big balls of colored fluff just asking to be spun, but I ignore their pleas. Today, we will likely go bike shopping, so that I may replace the Huffy that Public Safety helped me to liberate in 2000. Hopefully, the weather will ease up so that I can enjoy it in the near future (I think I would fall down in the current windiness, not that I don't fall down with no provocation at all).
Reading this post about visual journalling made me think that perhaps i should pull out my boxes of magazine clippings and a jar of rubber cement and see if that's the kind of hobby that I currently crave. Hmm.
