(no subject)

I am awake. I lazed around in bed from 11:30 last night until 10:30. It felt wonderful. The house smells like garlic - Tim's making me potatoes, and there's coffee brewing. So glad it's Saturday. My only goals are to make a CD and finish knitting my first sock using the very fun Fortissima Socka yarn on size one needles! It's a lot less frustrating than I was expecting, although I haven't turned the heel yet. I'm also going to watch a couple more Season Two West Wings (thanks minnaleigh - I especially enjoy the Canadian commercials! Did you know that IGA was having a Scrabble-based sweepstakes? hee!) and maybe write some letters - the mail has been woefully scarce recently, so I must find a way to fix that.
