waiting for the weekend

Dinner last night: sweet potato and carrot quesadillas with caramelized onions and a salad. I think we'll add that one to the regular rotation.

According to my dysfunctional scale, I didn't gain any weight in Atlantic City, which is borderline miraculous. It felt good to lift for the past couple of days again. I hope the working out sticks a little better than it usually does, especially since I'm headed to fondue on Friday and having people over with food on Saturday. Must clean basement. Bah.
