You're Watership Down!

by Richard Adams

Though many think of you as a bit young, even childish, you're actually incredibly deep and complex. You show people the need to rethink their assumptions, and confront them on everything from how they think to where they build their houses. You might be one of the greatest people of all time. You'd be recognized as such if you weren't always talking about talking rabbits.
Take the Book Quiz at the Blue Pyramid.

I know, I usually cut-tag them, but I liked this one, so it stays on the main page. There are lots of possible answers. That makes me happy.

Looking forward to a relaxing weekend and a knitful Sunday.

i got that too.

i'm going to go check out the handspun at the dupont farmer's market on sunday, i think. i want to make a cowl or a mobius scarf, and i'm hoping there might be something appropriate there. :)

If you're thinking of doing something with lots of different yarns (like this one), I could bring you some little remnants that I've been collecting! I need to start streamlining my collection at some point. Maybe one of your stitch n bitches could involve a yarn swap :)

that's a cool idea! i hadn't thought of that. i think i'll post something this afternoon on the listserv and invite people to bring in yarn that they want to get rid of and we can try to have a swap or something. everyone's got something they're not wild about, right? they can't quite remember why they bought it? very cool!

i don't really have anything particular in mind, i just thought it would be fun to try and it would a nice thing to do with handspun, maybe -- of course it depends on the yarn.

Nifty - I will bring a bunch of stuff I wouldn't mind swapping. I'll stick with the natural fibers though, since I don't think anyone wants my Joann Fabrics yarns :)
