new mix CD

so, there's the mix CD trade thingie that I'm participating in right now. I think I've decided that rather than creating a brand new mix from brand new songs (which I did, more or less, a couple of weeks ago, even if I still haven't sent it out), I'm going to go through all of my old mix tapes and pick my favorite two songs from 9 or so of them, and try to meld them into a new CD. I think that'll be more fun for me. Lots of college, angsty music, probably. Maybe even high school. Mmm.

I wish that I could get myself back into making mixes. I don't know why but every time I am supposed to make one, I just procrastinate for months.

I started planning the one I just finished about a year ago. I still haven't managed to send it out to the people who should be getting it. I have to make 12 for this new one -- that's a lot of envelopes to create. I have to find a cheap '06 calendar - that would make great envelopes.

in the spirit of your pulling from your old mixes, i'm definitely going to give you the mix i made that was heavily influenced by the mixes you've given me. i'm also formulating PLANES, TRAINS, AND AUTOMOBILES, which you will receive shortly. i also may digitize ROOT OF THE MATTER.

not to be a pain, but i still want working versions of NORTHBOUND ON I-95 and the newer one whose name i can't remember right now that got me started on anna nalick.
