This going to bed at 10:30 business means I'm wide awake before sunrise. Unacceptable. I tried to stay in bed, but I had one line from one song ("...beaten into submission in the name of the free"), so that, too, was unacceptable, and here I am, steeling myself for getting into the shower in this chilly house. My brain alternates, in the early morning, between singing songs to me, thinking about work, and designing the new house.
