i appreciate the clarification. given the greatness of those tapes, i would be surprised to hear you threw them out ;) (same goes for your tapes...)
last month, i got rid of yet another round of my VHS tapes-- some ally mcbeal, party of five, ER.. i couldn't believe it! but, i hadn't watched them since i recorded them and, i'm trying to clear the clutter (even though i have no intention of moving until 2008). i feel much more de-cluttered already...
