Harumph!

The last two posts on my friendspage have 'harumph' as a title, so I felt compelled to use it as well.

I don't actually have much to complain about, though, except for my continuing sniffly nose. The snow this morning was pretty, I smell the xmas tree as I come downstairs after waking up, since it sits near the base of the stairway, and work is so hectic, that I barely noticed it was 4 already. I cleared two piles of paper today. I might be ready to move by two weeks from now after all.

This is what our tree looks like if you take pictures of it in the dark with the flash.  I really don't think the wall is quite that bright of a red.  Isn't it pretty?  We picked it out at a nursery, nice and early so we can enjoy it for a bit longer before making the haul back to Chicago to see the family for xmas.
