iTunes in the dark
Jul. 4th, 2006 02:18 pmI love organizing things, really I do. I sat on the floor in front of Franz' cd rack and re-alphabetized his collection, by genre, just because I could, and I was very pleased. I don't like redundancy, though. My iPod was in a fine order. I had it down to 250 or so artists -- I had moved the names of artists to the 'comments' section for any artist for whom I had less than 3 or 4 songs, to make it easier to find stuff when scrolling through artist names on the iPod. I had done the same for albums, and had about 350 of those, plus large sections of "misc" organized by genre. I just finished selectings songs from my hard drive to put back on my iPod. I'm going to be at 500+ artists and albums again. Gah. I didn't even notice the approaching darkness -- I got up to get some CDs and came back and realized it was dark and raining. I'm also sweating just sitting here, since we have no air conditioning. Stupid iPod.
