music - the good and the bad

The good: Indigo Girls concert at the Oregon Zoo.  What fun to see a concert and an elephant in the same trip.  I wrote the playlist down but it's not near me right now.  They opened with Closer to Fine and Power of Two, and included Hammer and Nail, Free in You, Get out the Map, and many other favorites, plus four songs from their new album, due out in September. 

The bad: I accidentally erased all 4500ish songs on my iPod.  This laptop is set to auto-update the iPod, but has none of my music on it. I didn't notice until it had already wiped all the music off.  Argh.  So, I'm adding back enough from my hosts' collections to get me home, and will spend some quality time readding everything upon my return. Sigh.
