non sequitur

i went from being too hot when walking to school to too cold, all in the space of about three days. i'm wearing a knee-length sweater, and i even put on a hat, and still chilly. perhaps the iced mocha didn't help so much.

thanks to the 45 degree bend in my spine, my body tilts slightly to the right. all my life, i've worn my bag on my right shoulder. this is an anti-gravity sort of endeavor, plus my shoulders are pretty slopey to start with. i've been experimenting with other bag carrying strategies, but i can't convince myself that a bag feels correct on my left side, and i don't like to strap it across my chest. oh, the difficulties of being me, or something.

i have eaten gyros with white rice for breakfast for the past two days.

i head to maryland tonight for tomorrow's craft fair. i remembered to pack pajamas, dramamine, and my noise reduction headphones. i must remember to find my ID before i depart. also my nalgene, such that i can properly display the nalgene cozies.

Everyone out here signs their emails "best," or "best regards," -- I have never seen this before being on the east coast. I tend to use "take care," or "sincerely." One of my old bosses used "bye for now," which I just thought was silly. I'm not sure what I think of "best" -- it just doesn't feel like me. How do you all sign your emails in semi-formal correspondence?
