So the ride to work took three times the usual length, because of a big accident around 5:30 in the morning that was still being cleaned up at 8:30, when we were trying to get to work.

The radio show went well. I've done a bit of work, but mostly, I'm recovering from the weekend. I didn't even do much, although I made it in to DC for the Knit-Out yesterday. It's amazing how many people I recognize from local groups and shops (and two shop owners recognize me, which is a little scary -- but then, I'm 5'10 and Asian, so I do stand out a bit). Hung out, got to try a wheel, chatted with kestrel127, then headed over to the Natural History Museum and saw the baseball exhibits, and the mammals (there were no wombats, which made me sad). Walked to Gordon Biersch for garlic fries, and then Teaism, as Tim needed new black teas. Went out to Ten Ren so that I could get some work done last night as well.

For whatever reason, I was wide awake at 6:15 on Saturday (I watched the paper get delivered, which is always a little disconcerting), and 6:45 on Sunday. I didn't catch up on sleep as much as I should on a weekend, so I'm very cloudy today.

I suppose I should open my door. Office hours started at 1...
