Yesterday's choir rehearsal was almost painful. I was tired, and had no breath support, and we were in the big hall where everything sounds different. Cloudburst hurt my soul. Requiem, however, was still as wonderful as I hope it is. I wish we could rehearse and rehearse, just so that I could keep singing it with the group, but alas, our concert is Saturday, and then it will be done.

The plum tomatoes in the garden are nice and ripe, and we have tons of basil. I think it's time to pick up some fresh mozzarella and bake up a baguette for bruschetta. Mmm.

I bought a skirt and two t-shirts on oldnavy.com yesterday, and am wearing a skirt today to convince Tim that yes, I do wear skirts, and therefore it's okay to buy more. I also pulled my hair back. It's kinda fun to be able to do that again.
