Lunch today: 3 dates, probably 2/3 cup baby carrots, an apple, a couple of cubes of Farmer's Market Gouda-ish cheese (mmmm), Kettle Chips, and Wheatables. I grazed over the course of three hours and it was highly satisfying. I am at a point where I wouldn't mind losing some extra weight, especially with the holidays and the trip to Chicago coming up which inevitably lead to adding a little extra weight, but I am not feeling enough internal nor external motivation to do so. I have so many good low-ish fat cookbooks that I should really break out and use more often.
The choir program is currently printing out. I hope it's mostly good to go, 'cause I'm tired of staring at it, and anything that needs fixing will have to be fixed tonight after choir (i.e., at 10:30pm) so that it can go to the printer tomorrow.
