Ooh. Sympathies.
I pinched a nerve just below my neck at the start of the year and I couldn't really do anything for a week except sit there doped up on muscle relaxant. Even when it was healed and not causing pain, months later I still had difficulty using my arm as I used to.
However.
This was a wonderful opportunity to let people fuss over me. :) I strongly suggest you let anyone inclined to fuss do so.
