online photo storage

Hey friendslist -- is a paid account at flickr a good idea? I've had one at fotki, but it seems expensive ($50/year) for what it is, and I wouldn't mind switching over, if it was worthwhile. Or if you have any other recommendations for a good pic sharing site, let me know.

I think you do. I remember reading that you would lose whichever photos were uploaded after the number quota for a free account was met.
