i knew *something* was missing

I was joking with Tim last night that I had better know where my glasses were for myself, since he was leaving at 4am, and I usually rely on him to help me hunt down my glasses in the mornings. This morning, I baked cookies, let the dogs out (and back in, which is good 'cause sometimes I forget that step), packed my lunch, and left the house. Without my glasses. So, I can't actually tell what words are coming up in my little livejournal client because they are in a very small font and therefore illegible with my nearsightedness. Fun times. I guess I should bring my extra, old pair to work some time and leave them here, because I do this a few times a year.

heh.. i'm giggling at myself, too. i'm sure that someday i'll be blind enough that i can't get away with wandering around the house without glasses, but until then, i'm confident that i'll keep leaving them at home accidentally once in awhile.
