Okay, tourney in May, must start studying again, so I don't embarass myself. Yesterday, I used LeXpert (Scrabble study program) to page through the 3-5 letter words that contain a J, Q, X or Z. I'm only through the 4s, and already there are a good 50 words that I don't know well enough to think that I actually know them. This is depressing to me. I think I used to know some of them a lot better than I do now. I'm also trying to do the Jumbletime anagram puzzles a little more often.

Oh, and I am exercising to help my brain out. Went out for a 5 mile bike with Tim yesterday. Lovely weather made that easier.

And on the wallet front? No love, even after hitting four department stores.

all you sci-fi geeks out there...

My dad has 159 issues of Galaxy Magazine,V-1 #1 to V-21 #4, (Oct. 1950-Apr. 1963), and Beyond magazines, V-1 #1 to V-2 #2 and V-2 #4 (July 1953-1954 only about 10 issues). What do you think is the best way to get some cash by unloading these? I'm thinking a year at a time via eBay, but if you know of any dealers, or sci-fi listservs, or other places I might find someone who wants there, let me know.
