I've just gotten around to eating lunch (sandwich with turkey, apples and cheese on whole wheat). I love the busyness, I really do, but I was getting really hungry.
Our choir is having a silent auction benefit this weekend, so I've been formatting a booklet of all of the items like a crazy person all day. I don't like the way that tables work in Publisher. I don't like a whole lot about Publisher, but I have it on my computer, so it's what I use. We have some cool things up for auction, including the opportunity to conduct one piece at a concert next year. My mother came through with two watches and a clock as well. Love my family business.
I just bought a mixed lot of Colinette on eBay for $27 -- not a bad, last minute deal. It will be incorporated into the afghan that I keep saying that I'm going to knit. I swatched the feather and fan pattern and I think I like it, so once the craft fair is passed and I've finished the current sweater (just sleeves left, and -sigh- finishing) and the tank sweater, I will put the afghan on needles. I have taken over the whole of the front room futon with projects. It's getting a little overwhelming.
Uh oh - Tim will be here soon. Must finish PGCS stuff.
